A lot of us have been where these men and ladies are today.
Far away from home, sometimes with only the bare necessities or less, under difficult even deadly conditions.
Maybe your son or daughter, neice or nephew is in Iraq. Maybe your neighbor's husband or wife is in Afghanistan.
Maybe you're a vet who served in combat. Maybe you're a vet who didn't; but, you were prepared to.
If you are prior military, you know the value of a letter or small package when you are far from home.
Share that joy with another brother or sister in arms, or help someone on the homefront.
Whether you are a Democrat, Republican, Green, Libertarian, or whatever...we are all still Americans.
And the young (and not-so-young) members of our military are in foreign lands, protecting your rights and the rights of those less fortunate than us.
I urge you to visit a few of these sites, and consider helping our troops.
